Mouse is flyswatter. Each level has twice as many flies, starting with 4. Click the fly and it will splatter red blood and fall off the viewport. Kill all flies to go to the next level. One Every 3 levels advancement, a new colored fly is added to spawn and it you must click it the same number of times as the level you are on to kill it.
