Players will choose a country to represent and give it a unique name. A coin toss will determine which player goes first. On their turn, the player will choose a territory to attack or defend. The attacking player must toss a coin. If it lands on heads, they gain control of the territory. If it lands on tails, they lose their turn. The defending player must also toss a coin. If it lands on heads, they successfully defend the territory and the attacking player loses their turn. If it lands on tails, the defending player loses control of the territory. The game continues until one player controls all of the territories or until a predetermined number of turns have passed.
